Who is Bijoux Baume ?

Since 1975, Maison Baume has been offering you unique jewelry. 

Established in Poitiers (Vienne-86), Maison Baume has acquired, year after year, a solid reputation for the quality and diversity of the jewels it offers and the jewellery expertise it demonstrates. It is this tradition of offering jewelry and expertise that Baume wishes to perpetuate today via the Internet and its website www.bijouxbaume.com. 

Our knowledge of precious jewels allows you to be certain of acquiring a piece in the best conditions of trust, transparency and expertise.

Can I send a jewel as a gift directly to someone ?

If you wish to send directly to someone a jewel bought on our site, you just have to specify the coordinates of this person and indicate that it is a gift. We will then send the jewel without the invoice (which will be sent to you separately by email or by post).

What should I do if I can't find the jewel I'm looking for on your site ?

If after visiting our collections, you do not find the jewel that suits you, please contact us and tell us what kind of jewel you are looking for. Indeed, all the jewels of Maison Baume are not presented on the site. We could have in our stocks, the jewel which corresponds to your request.

Is it possible to discover in real the jewel that I wish to acquire ?

The jewel that you wish to acquire can be seen and removed by appointment in our gallery located in Poitiers (Vienne 86) or in Paris during our Parisian meetings which take place every month.

What payment methods are accepted ?

You can pay for your purchase directly on our website www.bijouxbaume.com by the following payment methods :

Can I order on your site if I live abroad ?

We send daily jewelry abroad. Whatever your country, you can indeed acquire a jewel seen on our site if you live abroad. We remind you that the customs fees in force in your country are not taken in charge. Please contact us if you need more information about payment or delivery for your country.

How long does it take from the moment I order to the moment I receive my jewel ?

Your jewel will be shipped by one of our partner carriers : DHL, Chronopost, Colissimo registered within 48 to 72 hours, working days after the total amount of the order has been paid.

For any customization request (ring sizing, engraving, custom creation...), an additional delay will be necessary. A new delivery time will be communicated in this case.

Is it safe to receive a jewel by carrier ?

The carriers we work with are reliable and have been around for a long time. 

All our jewel shipments benefit from :

  • a secure shipment
  • a follow-up by individual number of the parcel
  • delivery of the shipment against the signature of the addressee
  • Proof of acceptance by the carrier

Our jewels are inserted in a specific secure packaging. It is secured during all the stages of the delivery.

Moreover, all our shipments include an insurance corresponding to the value of your jewel allowing to obtain a refund in case of proven loss, theft or any other damage.

What if I want to return my jewelry ?

To return a piece of jewelry to us, simply follow these 3 steps : 

1/ Contact us so that we can schedule the return of your jewel together.

2/ Prepare your return package by placing the jewel, its case and its box in the original package, the invoice and the certificate of authenticity. For security reasons, please do not write the name of our website on the outside of the package.

3/ Send your package by the carrier of your choice and with an insurance for the value of your jewel. In case of sending by another type of parcel or another provider and if a theft or an accident occurred, you would be held responsible and no refund could take place.

What should I do if I want to have the size of the ring I received adjusted ?

To return a ring for resizing, simply follow these steps :

1/ Contact us via our form so that we can schedule the return of your package together. 

2/ Prepare your return package by placing the jewel, its case and its box in the original package, the invoice and the certificate of authenticity. For security reasons, please do not write the name of our website or our company on the outside of the package.

3/ Send your package by the carrier of your choice and with an insurance for the value of your jewel. In case of sending by another type of parcel or another provider and if a theft or accident occurred, you would be held responsible and no refund could take place.

4/ We will proceed with the resizing of your ring if it is possible. Please note that the first fitting is free of charge, the second one will be invoiced to you and an estimate can be provided upon request.

5/ We will return your ring by carrier.
